  NekoCon We're a convention held in VA the first weekend of November at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, Virginia. We were founded in 1998, and continually growing each year. We hold events that include a cosplay contest/show, karaoke, an anime themed LARP, video rooms to watch non-stop anime, anime music video (AMV) contest, dances, as well as panels and workshops where attendees can learn new things, consult with others about anime and Japanese culture, and meet and discuss topics with guests. We've also had Voice actors, directors, industry producers, and other figures of the anime entertainment industry make appearances at our wonderful convention. Here's a break-down of the folders:  Featured: This is for piece's that we wish to be featuredCosplay: This is for piece's were people are in costumeItems: This is for piece's that include things you have bought or sold at NekoConMascot's: This is for piece's that have to deal with our mascots Reiko, Akiko, Miyoko, and TakeoNekoCon art stuff: This is for piece's that are art for NekoCon or from NekoConDance attire: This is for piece's that deal with dance/rave clothing and itemsFurries: This is for piece's that include Furry cosplayABJD: This is for piece's that include Asian ball joint(ed) dollsWonderful NekoCon Goer's: This is for piece's that include people who may not particularly be cosplaying but still enjoying NekoCon How to submit to folder: Click on our gallery, for each folder there is a plus sign by it on the right side, click it and you can submit to that folder OR click the submit to this gallery button and on the top right corner there's a drop down list to pick the folderYou can submit up to 5 pieces per folder a day (this is so it doesn't clutter everyone's inboxes)All pieces are automatically approved with the exception on the feature folder which we the admins will submit to This being said, please try to submit in the correct folder.
